Marketing Specialist and Community Manager – Slovakia [based in Prague, CZ]

We are Astratex, one of the strong brands and a market leader in online lingerie sales in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently we operate in 11 markets with more than 40 million euros in revenues to be generated this year. By strongly collaborating with our Purchasing and operational teams, the International Markets team is directly involved in the entire development process – from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing ones.

If you have profound business knowledge of one of our target markets achieved through first hand experience in an e-commerce business or retail, you are the perfect fit for the team.

 

As a Marketing Specialist and Community manager for Slovakia you will have an impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth in Slovakia.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitoring and ensuring quality of Slovak online shop (Astratex.sk)
• Evaluating KPIs of Astratex.sk
• Translating content into Slovak for website copy, newsletters, PPC campaigns and SEO optimisation
• Strongly collaborating with different teams such as online marketing, trade marketing, brand, performance marketing, logistics and online shop development
• Preparing, implementing and monitoring new strategic and operational initiatives in our Slovak online shop
• Managing social media accounts and influencers

What you'll need:

• Flawless Slovak and English (grammar nerds are welcomed), other European languages (Czech) is a big plus
• Deep knowledge of Slovakian environment, preferably fashion retail or e-commerce
• At least one year of experience in online content administration, online marketing or roles including website localizations
• Willingness to be part of a team that is about to hit a 40 million euros in revenues in online lingerie sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
