In the case of applicants for academic positions, MENDELU is legally required, under Section 70(5) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, to collect and record information about other employment relationships if the applicant is or will be simultaneously engaged:

at another research organization listed in the register of research organizations approved to host researchers from third countries.
