The Controller processes the personal data provided by you primarily because the processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract or another similar contractual relationship.
For the purposes of the selection procedure for the relevant job position, the following data concerning the candidate are necessary in particular: first name, surname and contact details. In its response form, the Controller may also require additional data, such as previous work experience and related details, experience and skills, a curriculum vitae (CV) or a cover letter. Any additional data provided by the candidate beyond the scope of the response form are voluntary.
The Controller also processes certain identification and contact data on the basis of its legitimate interest. These legitimate interests include, in particular: processing identification and contact data and information about the course of the selection procedure for the purpose of improving the recruitment process, retaining outputs from interviews, candidate evaluations and maintaining data integrity. Such data will be encrypted and otherwise appropriately secured so that the rights and freedoms of data subjects are protected to the maximum extent possible. This processing has no negative consequences for data subjects and does not interfere with their privacy in any way. If you decide at any time to withdraw from the selection procedure before it is terminated by the Controller, you may do so and freely delete your personal data via the following address:

This is without prejudice to the Controller’s obligation to retain personal data where required by law.
By deleting your personal data, all data submitted by you will be irreversibly deleted, including all supplementary data of a personal nature added by the Controller. Notes that constitute an output and record of the selection procedure, in particular candidate evaluations, information about the course of the selection procedure and interview outputs, may be retained in anonymised form that does not allow the identification of a specific candidate. Such anonymised data do not constitute personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation and are retained by the Controller on the basis of its legitimate interest, in particular for the purpose of improving the recruitment process. The Controller is entitled to delete such data earlier, in particular if the purpose of their retention ceases to exist. For the purposes of processing personal data, the Controller uses third-party software tools, including the applicant tracking system (ATS) Recruitis, which comply with the applicable legal regulations concerning the processing of personal data.
On the basis of the legal grounds set out above, the Controller may also process extended personal data, such as links to social networks and other public sources, as well as non-personal data related to information on the course and results of the selection procedure.
The processing of your personal data gives rise to your right: (i) to access your personal data, (ii) to rectify or complete inaccurate or untrue personal data, (iii) to erasure of personal data, where the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or where you find that they have been processed unlawfully, (iv) to restriction of the processing of personal data in special cases, (v) to data portability, and (vi) to object, following which the processing of your personal data will be terminated, unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular where the ground is the potential establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, and (vii) to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
