By granting your consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "consent"), you agree that each member of the ADASTRA Group (hereinafter referred to as "controller") is entitled to process your personal data for the purposes listed below. Based on your consent, the controller is entitled to process the following personal data:
First and last name;
Personal photograph;
Telephone number;
Email address;
Information about education and previous work experience;
Other information you may have provided in your CV (e.g., place of residence, date of birth, etc.);

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the GDPR.
Consent is granted to the controller for the purpose of inclusion in a database of job applicants, so that you can be contacted in the future with job offers. If consent is not granted, inclusion in a database of job applicants is not possible.
In connection with the above, you acknowledge that personal data may be transferred (and subsequently processed) in connection with the purpose of their processing to authorized employees of the controller, or also to providers of personnel services or IT services to the controller with whom the controller has concluded a corresponding contract for the processing of personal data. However, they process your personal data only based on the controller's instructions.
Consent to the processing of personal data is valid until revoked, but for a maximum of three years from the date of provision. You acknowledge that you are giving your consent voluntarily and that you can withdraw it at any time by visiting
https://app.recruitis.io/public/unsubscribe. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing until the moment of revocation. The controller will retain personal data for the duration of the consent.
You have the right to information about which of your personal data is being processed, for what purpose and in what manner, and the right to request the controller to access, update or correct this personal data, or to request a restriction on processing, as well as the right to object to processing. You also have the right to obtain from the controller the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another controller. If you discover or believe that the controller is processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of the processing, you may ask the controller for an explanation (via the email address provided at the end of this document) or request that the controller remedy the situation, or you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or refer the matter to the competent court. The remedy referred to in the previous sentence may include blocking, rectifying, supplementing, or erasing personal data.
