The following information about the applicant is required for the selection procedure for the given position: name, surname, contact details, previous work experience, experience and skills. Other data sent by the applicant are voluntary.
Some identification and contact data are also processed by the controller on the basis of its legitimate interests. A legitimate interest is considered to be the processing of identification and contact data, as well as information about the course of the recruitment process, to streamline the recruitment process, to perform analytical and statistical activities, to maintain data integrity and to eliminate possible duplications. Such data will be depersonalized (pseudonymized), encrypted and, if necessary, further secured so that the rights and freedoms of data subjects are protected as much as possible. This processing will not have consequences for data subjects and will not be affected in any way.to interfere with their privacy.
If at any time you decide to withdraw from the selection procedure before the end of the selection procedure by the controller, you can do so and freely delete your personal data via this

By deleting your personal data, all data sent by you will be irretrievably deleted, including all additional personal data added by the administrator, except for notes, which are the output and record of the course of the selection procedure and do not contain any personal data.
For the purposes of data processing, the company uses third-party software tools that respect the applicable legislation regarding the processing of personal data.
By processing your personal data, you have the right to: (i) access to personal data, (ii) to correct or complete inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) to delete personal data if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you find out that they have been processed unlawfully, (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data in special cases, (v) to data portability, and (vi) raise an objection, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated, unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is the possible enforcement of legal claims, and (vii) contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
