Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of preparing, conducting, and evaluating the selection (recruitment) procedure for the job position you are applying for at MENDELU. Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation

In the case of applicants for academic positions, MENDELU is legally required, under Section 70(5) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, to collect and record information about other employment relationships if the applicant is or will be simultaneously engaged:
at another Czech higher education institution,
with a foreign higher education provider operating in the Czech Republic,
at a public research institution, or
at another research organization listed in the register of research organizations approved to host researchers from third countries.
The purpose of this legal obligation is to prevent conflicts of interest, double or cross-financing from public sources, and to ensure transparency in scientific and research activities.

If you give explicit consent, MENDELU may also process your personal data for a specifically defined purpose (e.g., inclusion in a candidate database for future job opportunities).
